Deu 30:1-3
“So it shall be when all of these things have come upon you, the blessing and the curse which I have set before you, and you call them to mind in all nations where the LORD your God has banished you, 2and you return to the LORD your God and obey Him with all your heart and soul according to all that I command you today, you and your sons, 3then the LORD your God will restore you from captivity, and have compassion on you, and will gather you again from all the peoples where the LORD your God has scattered you.
After all the blessings and curses come upon Israel, then the Almighty will regather Israel. What was the biggest sin Israel had committed worse than all others? It was idolatry. While Israel in the land today is not perfect and not totally Torah observant, the are no longer idolatrous. The sin of idolatry among the people was great. Just as prophesied in Torah, the people and land of Israel was controlled by other nations:

Foreign Empires that Ruled Israel
Period Empire
587-538 BC Babylonian
538-333 BC Persian
333-63 BC Hellenistic
63 BC-313 AD . Roman
313-636 AD . Byzantine
636-1099 AD . Muslims
1099-1291 AD . Crusaders
1291-1516 AD . Mamluk (Muslims)
1516-1918 AD . Ottoman (Muslims)
1917-1948 AD British (Presently Almost Muslim)

Elohim knew what would happen to Israel. He warned them from the beginning they would be punished in this way. It would appear that the time that the Almighty has turned His face from Israel and Judah is over. He has compassion on His people and has gathered many of them from all the peoples where Yahweh has scattered them. This was prophesied in other passages also.

Hosea 3:4-5

Isaiah gives interesting details also. Elohim prophesies a second return of Judah to the land of Israel.

Isaiah 11:11-12

Judah and Ephraim will not be two kingdoms, but one.

Isaiah 11:13

They will fight the Philistines, Edom, Ammon, and Moab.

Isaiah 11:14

Elohim will dry up the Euphrates and the remnant of Israel will come and worship the Almighty.

Isaiah 11:15-16
