½ cup Fresh Malai
3 chopped Tomatoes
3 chopped onions
3 tbsp Oil
½ teaspoon Cumin seeds
5 – 6 Garlic cloves
½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
3 teaspoon kashmiri Red chilli powder
1 teaspoon Coriander powder
½ tbsp kitchen king masala
2 tbsp Green chilli, ginger & garlic paste
½ teaspoon Garam masala
Salt as per taste
¼ cup Water
2 tbsp gram flour & 1 bowl curd
1 tbsp butter
