Sanitation trucks caravan

Sanitation trucks’ caravan, since 2008, sanitation trucks collecting garbage in this street are followed by a caravan of vehicles, normally composed by large, loud trucks, vehicles blasting stereos, buses, and others honking repeatedly. Also, one of them would appear daily or more at PS15, idling loudly for periods of up to 15 minutes. Since I started to post these videos in the net, the composition of the caravan has become less loud, and, in many occasions, no caravan at all. It depends if someone reliable is present, or watching the videos. These sanitation trucks have very random hours. Also a number of private sanitation trucks, around five passing at night, one in particular at the supermarket at the corner of Avenue C and E 4th idling loudly for long periods, between 9 and 11 pm, returning two or three times to do the same. This is all part of the noise attrition campaign launch by the fifth column years ago.
