KRXE Relocation Plan with AI Traffic

Well, some of the AI pilots more or less behave, and some head straight off into the "sage brush." Would be great if the terrain at the North end of the runway were a bit flatter, the AI pilots have trouble with that. Might turn flattening on, but I'd don't want to given actual runways usually have a bit of waviness.
