Stormtroopers of the Dnepr Group of Forces Hone Tactics for Assaulting Strongholds in Zaporozhye Region

At the training grounds in the rear zone of the Special Operation in the Zaporozhye region, servicemen of the assault groups of the Guards Motorized Rifle Regiment of the Dnepr group of forces are intensively training and practicing tactics for storming identified strongholds of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

The scale of the operation determines the number of personnel required for an assault, ranging from three squads to several platoons. Each training session takes into account the terrain and the complexity of the upcoming work, with special attention given to fortified points, "fox holes," and dugouts. Clearing individual positions begins with a grenade strike, followed by the use of small arms to complete the destruction of enemy forces. The servicemen emphasize that entering trench systems is the most challenging and dangerous aspect of the assault.

To enhance the realism of their training, drones are actively utilized. Attack aircraft practice defensive maneuvers against Ukrainian Armed Forces' attack drones, engage in exercises to protect against airdrops, and simulate drone destruction. This comprehensive approach prepares the fighters for real combat conditions and increases their chances of success on the battlefield.
