Compromised: Does US. Policy Serve China? A Terrifying Proposal.

US Foreign and Domestic Policy is often mystifying, why does the US do what it does? In this video, we’ll see if we can construct a hypothesis that can explain the past 25 years of US foreign and domestic policy. Specifically, we’ll be examining how US foreign and domestic policy, seemingly, always benefits China. To do so, we will construct a detailed timeline of US foreign and domestic activities since the year 2001. As the old and convenient saying goes, ‘Never attribute to malice, that which can be adequately explained by incompetence.’ However, what if all of the mistakes and miscalculations all point in one direction?

If, it is true that China is the US’s main rival, we would expect that US actions would seek to advantage itself at the expense of China; however, as we will show, the opposite is true in virtually all cases. US foreign and domestic policy, seemingly with a near perfect batting average, serves to advantage China at the expense of its own interests. We may find that if we approach this question through the lens of the interests of the Chinese Communist Party, America’s actions suddenly begin to seem quite coherent and predictable.
