The Economics of Illegal Immigration

In this video, we’ll examine the incentive and profit structures that underpin the booming industry of illegal immigration. Corporations, government bureaucracies, NGO’s, activists groups, lawyers, and the most dangerous criminal syndicates on the planet all share one thing in common: they all financially benefit from illegal immigration. We’ll follow the money and the incentives to asses the question: who economically benefits from the current system of unconstrained immigration and its bedfellow illegal immigration? And who, therefore, has a financial incentive to expand and propagate this system? We’ll focus our analysis on the US, but many of the incentives and profit motives will likely be true for Europe, as well.
