IRS Fockery - Read Post

We have people come to us with IRS Fockery PRIOR to being here and this is all the more reason to exit the IRS.

This is the kind of nonsense one can have by using/hiring a CPA or accountant. They are trained by the IRS to do what is in the parameters OF the IRS.

They will never understand nor agree with your exit nor do they know the LAW, or that the IRS is a contract of fraud.

Many people ask me, "Gianna, how is it a contract?"

Well unlike the EU, they don't just take the taxes without your signature on the form! The form IS the contract.

It's always via your consent, although the consent lacks full disclosure, so it's fraud. Fraud has no expiration date and fraud vitiates everything.

I want you to ask yourself, "should you be signing forms and allowing people you hire to include you in, and perform processes that YOU personally don't understand"?

Remember ,the forms say that you are signing under penalty of perjury that you understand what you are signing.

So, have you all been committing perjury all your adult lives? LOL

We haven't had a single issue with anyone AFTER they have exited the IRS.
