This is not a contest. This is a for profit promotional. I will be purchasing One (1) 2025 - Ford Super Duty® F-450® Lariat® 4X4, as described in the image postings on Social Media, and Giving it Away. Because this is a private, for profit promotional Giveaway, verified purchase proof is required for each entry as outlined below.

Must be a United States of America or Canadian resident to qualify.

Must make a "Verified Purchase" of my novel, Love And The Curse on Kindle, in either the Paperback or Hardcover edition, or any of the T-Shirts from my Bonfire store, or a combination thereof .

Only verified purchases, submitted no less than 90 days before Giveaway Winner Announcement, shall be considered as valid Giveaway entries.

1-4 verified purchases qualify as 1 Giveaway entry each.

5 or more purchases, on or before 90 calendar days, prior to selection of the Giveaway Winner, shall count as double entries for each.

Qualified and accepted, verified purchase reviews of my novel, Love And The Curse shall also count as an additional Giveaway entry.

Entry Requirements:

1. Verified Purchase/s of my Novel, Love And The Curse from Kindle, or a verified Purchase/s of any of the T-Shirts from my Bonfire store, KMAG Specials; links below.

2. Entrants must be a U.S. or Canadian Resident with a valid Tax Payer ID number.

3. Any qualified entries, which lack a valid Tax Payer ID number and account shall be liable for Federal and State Prize Taxes, if chosen to receive this Giveaway.

4. Giveaway Recipient shall be chosen 90 days from the sale of the 50,000 unit sold and received.

5. Proof of Purchase must include the initial order confirmation and the Shipping Label, both of which must match our in-house records, to be validated.

6. Giveaway Recipient shall be responsible for Sales Tax, Title, and Licensing fees for their, respective State of Residence.

7. Brian K. McGuigan shall purchase and make delivered the aforementioned Ford Super Duty® F-450® Lariat® 4X4, to the address provided by the recipient.

8. Giveaway may, upon proper circumstances, be substituted for a Cash Giveaway, equal to the MSRP of the aforementioned Ford Super Duty® F-450® Lariat® 4X4.

9. Must be 18 year of ager or older.

10. Brian K. McGuigan must be notified by email (TBA) not less than 90 days prior to selection of Giveaway Recipient.

11. To receive this truck, you must email me your proof of purchase and shipping label, not less than 90 days prior to selection of a winner. Winner will be selected 90 days from the date sales goes are reached.
