This is the first of two Bible studies for today and is taken from 1 Samuel 12.
We have traced Samuel’s life from his birth and childhood (1 Samuel 1-3) to the present, where he described himself as “old and grayheaded” (1 Samuel 12:2).
Having introduced Saul as Israel’s king, Samuel warned the people, “Fear the LORD, and serve him in truth with all your heart…[but] if ye shall still do wickedly, ye shall be consumed, both ye and your king” (1 Samuel 12:24-25).
