Learned how to shutdown a grappler's attempted shoot ( grabbing of the lead leg ) a long time ago from JKD Sifu Tim Tackett. I just added headgear, mouthpiece, and a hand target to minimize damage to the back of my head when practicing this little JKD grappling counter.
