False Allegations of Nuclear Tekken

AMD HW AV1 isn't compatible with Rumble and apparently neither is the H.265. I get contradictory information when I study what the best settings for a stream are. It's pretty Sheeetie. I lost 30 minutes of my life today talking to no one because the stream was dumped by all the destinations. So why have that hardware then?
I'm still working to build up the knowledge and the OBS quirks and perks to make things more visually appealing. I'm getting frustrated so when I do I have to jog, walk, hit a bag, or lift weights to mellow myself out. I'm pretty upset with just about everything. Collectively people aren't getting any brighter, aware, or able to accept or comprehend the reality of the situation we find ourselves in as Americans and mankind at large. So I'm taking some time in the beginning here to address this.
