This here is a lumbar extension.

115 lbs

First set/Top set
Lite rep range goal is 12+minimum.

This can be done with a dumbell, a machine, barbell, or bands.
This is used to target your spinal erector muscles in a more direct fashion - I do these on my back day, because I do not deadlift because I'm not a f*cking powerlifter (at least in the traditional sense.
