Opposition Leader Pennelope Beckles-Robinson will lead a legal team to offer free representation to the 10,000 plus CEPEP contractors and employees, whose contracts were terminated last Friday. The decision was announced by Chief Whip Marvin Gonzales after meeting with stakeholders this morning in Couva.

My response:

Can PNM tell us how they managed to retain thousands of employees when all UNC contractors were fired back in 2016? Didn't those employees also lose their jobs temporarily? The report from Guardian is still available online for the entire population to read! The hypocrisy and deception within the PNM continues even though they're now in the opposition. Within a few days or weeks MOST if not all CEPEP employees will rehired, unless they were part of the Ghost Gangs. Why didn't PENNY PENNY PENNY sue PNM for shutting down PETROTRIN which resulted in thousands of citizens becoming unemployed?
