Use It Up: Meal #3 Taco Tuesday

Three Meat Blend
Mix together in a medium bowl:
1 cup Panko bread crumbs
1 TBS EACH:
Paprika, Dry Zesty Italian Seasoning , Ground Mustard Powder, Worcestshire Sauce, A-1 steak seasoning (*Use 3 TBS Taco seasoning for Mexican-style dishes or 1 TBS Ranch seasoning and 2 TBS Taco for Southwest style)
1/2 TBS finely ground kosher salt and ground black pepper
1 lightly beaten egg and 1 TBS milk or half and half
whisk until all are well combined then add to
1 lb ground beef (or bison); 1 lb ground turkey (or ground chicken); 1 lb ground pork (or chirizzo) that have been gently hand blended then gently mix a few minutes more-do NOT over-work your meat

I use this mix in various forms for all of my meal preps
