QNTM - Quantum Fails to Disclose a Material Change to US Investors on SEC EDGAR. On June 27th, 2025 Quantum Biopharma issued a press release disclosing the sale of 12 Class A shares to insiders and also posted it on SEC EDGAR. However on Canada's SEDAR site not only did they disclose the press release but additional material information including an update on the class B shares (trading under ticker QNTM) with the shares outstanding having increased to 3.4M from 2.9M previously reported in May 2025. Why were US investors not provided details of this material change? #TonyDenaro #QNTM #QuantumBiopharma
