One detail can change a story, but its a mothers duty and right to protect and should educate, not the state even if tribalism training is required. Terrifying, a school should have no right to ban a protective parent either, there should be a harmonious relationship not conflicting one, so at a minimum the school should not be above the mothers own authority level.
