This is the Seated Dumbell (DB) Overhead Press (OHP).

This is great for working all the head of the shoulders, aka "deltoids" as well as Triceps. This is a compound movement because multiple joints are moving/involved as well as multiple muscle groups are at play (triceps + shoulders and upper pecs to a very small degree).

I perform full reps first until I can not do any more and then do these extra negatives only reps to increase the stimulus overall.

Super-Lite rep range is a target of 15+ minimum, including spots.
This was the First set/Top set.
