This regards hyper violence, hyper crime waves saturating lower class Black Communities. Why does crime surge in these communities? I'ma tell you. Some believe crime is a mere product of poverty. But the crime we see, the hyper violence, the hyper crime waves, isn't the product of poverty but rather the product of the street mentality.
