Guess this is the suicide part on fone to cops

Where a man imm killing by standing 2 foot from him decides to speed up his heart further after saying my presence made his ill heart die and cops must arrest me for everyone's good but then he decided to fuk up his heart instead.
I asked cops to get ambulance and left him to suicide.
