LOVINGLY AND CONTINUALLY PRAY FOR THEM

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA EVERYBODY!!!
As I read this passage out of 1 Samuel 12 there are a lot of things that really stir my heart and mind on not just the issue of praying continually, but also in making sure that we pray for others in love. That part really got me especially Samuel's attitude toward the people of Israel, after not just simply rejecting him but rejecting God by wanting a king, because first and foremost they wanted to be like other nations, but also, they were very ticked off with his sons.

That's why I find this question from this morning's devotional so challenging, and I'd like to share them with you tonight. Please read this question carefully, and I pray that God will speak to your heart through them too.

How does consistent prayer help you to keep God first?

Tonight, my friends, I'd like to share some things that God has been allowing me to learn from scripture on the importance of lovingly, and unceasingly praying for others, through this blog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that what I share with you, especially through Samuel's example, will challenge you to not want to give up on praying for others. So, my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to leave you with this final question from this morning's devotional, and I pray that it will challenge your heart to want to love others through your prayers today and every day.

How will you pray for others today?

I want to challenge you guys tonight, to think about how Samuel responded and reacted to the people of Israel, in stating that he would never, ever stop praying for them, and that you make that commitment to lovingly and genuinely pray for those who God puts on your heart. He may be putting somebody on your heart that you're having a lot of difficulty liking right now, somebody that's done you a serious evil, and while they need to be held accountable to the law, if they have broken a law, you can still lovingly pray for them. Pray first and foremost that they repent of their sin against you, and if they don't know Christ as savior, that they will accept Him before it's too late. But above all guys, don't stop praying for someone, because you think it's useless to do so, and that your prayers are not being answered the way you want them to. Just keep lovingly and genuinely praying for that person, and watch how God works!
