This 50-Minute Supersets workout is set to the guiltiest of pleasures from the 90's and 00's rock era. Grab your weight bench, chair or mat and have a few sets of weights to work lower and upper body strength in this muscle-building workout. I am using 30's all the way down to 5's as well as a set of ankle weights, bench and wall. If you don't have all the equipment you can still absolutely benefit from this workout.
