He started with Alberta’s first Bitcoin ATM in 2014 and expanded to a coast-to-coast network of over 180 ATMs, emphasizing self-custody for users. O'Brien, based in Edmonton, Alberta, is a vocal advocate for Bitcoin’s role in financial independence, education, and decentralization
