Quest for the Perfect Settings: Tekken 8 Out of the Gate

I have to dial in my settings, a bit more. I'm trying to keep it at 1080p 60 with a higher bitrate than last time. If that doesn't clean up the fast moving graphics, then we'll turn to 1440 60, but I seem to be overpowering the stream at 2K and 4K even on the Tube.
After all that I decided to go with 1440 60 and 32 Mbps and hope we don't dump the stream.
