The FOR SALE sign was up - He didn’t expect this SURPRISE from a stranger

I found this house in a neighborhood I was working in that had a for sale sign out front. I saw the owner just getting home so I thought I would hop out of my truck to talk to him. I told him I could help him sell his home by cleaning up all the surfaces and increasing the curb appeal. He told me he may be interested and that he would give me a call. But, I told him I would do it completely free and he said that would be completely fine with him so I went ahead and got started. I began outlining the whole driveway and cleaning all the walkways with my wand. I then got my surface cleaner out to make quick work of the drive. Unfortunately there were 2 low spots in the corner of the driveway so I used a squeegee to get the water out the best that I could.
