Occam’s Razor Gardening, Cooking & Canning Ep 42

Welcome. I missed the Strawberries coming in! There was an older shoot near the storage tent/shed & I had the first 2 of the season. More bounty from God. The squirrel came back and decimated have the basil pot. Didn’t show that. The fried beans and steamed peas went well with supper last night. Soon it’ll be Zucchini on the menu as well as a few have started to grow.

Tried some leftover jam from the 2nd batch globbed in the middle of the home made bread, folded in, before cooking and it steamed through to the top of the loaf rather than sit in the middle like a jam stuffed bun. I’ll have to experiment more.
