So welcome to album ranking Wednesdays here on the channel, and tonight we are going deep beneath the earth once again into the USA for a ranking of one of my favorite modern thrash metal bands that are part of the New Wave Of Thrash Metal with HAVOK, yes folks I am certain some of you who watch this channel might have been wondering if I like this band or not? The answer is yes very much.

Keep in mind they have put out some rather mediocre material over the last couple of years. They have also however, put out some incredible masterpieces as well. Havok formed back in 2004 and hail from Denver Colorado which definitely translates into their sound and raw powerful energy. Inspired by the burgeoning American thrash metal revival of the mid-2000s, Denver, Colorado's Havok emerged in 2004 with an aggressive, neck-snapping style that evoked Bay Area thrash legends like Exodus, Metallica, and Testament.

They broke into the Billboard 200 in 2013 with their acclaimed third full-length effort, Unnatural Selection, and continued to refine their uncompromising sound on future endeavors like Conformicide (2017) and V (2020).
