Feeding Casper - The Friendly Cat

Feeding Casper, a pretty white cat that lives in a train down at my work site. After I put some food out on his plate, he eventually comes running to eat. Casper is slowly warming up to me. Recently, I've been able to get about 8 feet from him, without him scampering off. Maybe soon he will let me pet him.
