R1200GSA Rebuild: From Junkyard to Adventure

I bought a wrecked BMW R1200GSA for $700... no title, not running, and parked in a shed for over 10 years.
What followed was a chaotic mix of eBay parts, late-night wrenching, last-minute decisions, and a race against the clock to bring this legendary adventure bike back to life. From a missing starter button to a corroded fuel pump, bent subframe, and questionable rear tire—I pushed through every problem to ride this thing through the Texas Hill Country in time for a BMW tech event.

Another motorcycle saved from the scrap bin.
