Journalist and Broadcaster Sonia Poulton livestreams from the High Court in London where campaign group, Palestine Action, are attempting to block a Govt ban.

UPDATE: Palestine Action have been refused interim relief which they sought in order to pause the process and fight the proscription through the courts. They are now seeking an urgent appeal to Court of Appeal.

FURTHER UPDATE: They were heard at Court of Appeal and the submission failed. From midnight tonight (5/7/25) Palestine Action will be classified as a terrorist group and banned. If I had put out this video just hours later, I would be liable for criminal prosecution and up to 14 years in prison. If you now shared this video, the same applies. Watching it is not yet a crime. Only a matter of time, though, if we are not careful. That’s where we are. This attack on free speech will impact us all. This is what an occupied Govt looks like. This is for the benefit of Israel not the UK.
