Celebrating Independence Day in the Land of the Not So Free

This Fourth of July, we take a hard look at what we’re really celebrating. Independence Day was born from rebellion—brave men and women who risked everything to break free from tyranny and claim the liberty we were divinely given.
But as we gather today under fireworks and flags, we must ask: Are we still free? Or are we watching our rights vanish as government control deepens its grip?
In this episode, we reflect on what independence truly means, how far we’ve drifted from our founding principles, and why now—more than ever—we need the same courage that once gave birth to a nation. Freedom was never free, and it won’t be preserved without a fight.
