Topic: "I just got diagnosed on Friday. I never heard of this before until then. I always knew something was up. I am always tired. I never feel like I have enough energy. My vitamin D is always deficient so is my iron so is vitamin B 12. I forget things easily. I feel like my brain is in a fog. My body hurt for no reason I’m only 46. I have a full hysterectomy done year and a half ago and raising two kids by myself I knew I was tired, but they’re always any more to it and I just couldn’t put my finger on it. My doctor finally told me I have Hashimoto’s and that was it didn’t tell me anything more about it what to do or not to do or anything. I’ve been doing research and trying to find out as I can about this. All I know is that is an auto immune disorder that attacks upur thyroid. I don’t know more than that.
