💅 Nail design techniques
STEPS
💙 put light pink nail polish
💙 dry nails under uv lamp
💙 put another coat of the pinkish nail polish
💙 dry again
💙 put the top coat only on the section of the nail where you want the glitter (i.e. for a French tip)
💙 scoop some blue glitter with an skinny rectangle paintbrush or eyeshadow makeup brush
💙 lay the glitter on the top coat
💙 repeat for all nails
💙 wait to dry
