In this lecture we cover the collision model for kinetics, activation energy, effects of temperature and kinetic energy on chemical reactions, activated complex (a.k.a. transition state), potential energy graphs of endothermic and exothermic reactions, steric dependence of chemical reactions, Arrhenius equation, finding the Arrhenius equation part with a graph of ln(k) vs 1/T, Arrhenius equation adjusted to exclude the frequency factor, different types of catalysts, enzymatic catalysis, heterogeneous catalysis, homogeneous catalysis, acid catalysis
