The California Assembly has been called to assemble like all State Assemblies nationwide, yet three times already The California Assembly has been dissolved. Why? Because individual people tried to lead the whole process astray.

We are now facing a similar challenge. Again.

This is precisely why the Summoning Authority exists and why the Federation is responsible for guiding and overseeing the assembling process --- to ensure that when you start out to create an American State Assembly, you reach your destination.

In good faith, I recently named additional Coordinators to assist Michelle Ford. Now, those same people who were established by my authority propose to act against that same authority.

I have taught you all the truth that there are many ways to declare your intentions and choices about your political status. You may declare it in your own words. You may record it via publication in a newspaper. Or in a court record. Or a State of State Land Recording Office or a County Recording Office. You can do this via the Global Family Bank's international Land Recording and Publishing Service. You can do this via the new Bucolic Law Recording Service.

It must be in writing. It must be published so that the public is given notice of your decision.

There is absolutely no requirement that you must declare, record, and publish via an Assembly Land Recording Office (LRO). This is as true for officers of an Assembly as it is for anyone else.

Now, these renegades who have acted in Breach of Trust are trying to pretend that they, people appointed by the Federation to act as Co-Coordinators in California, can establish different rules apart from the Public Law and enforce their opinions on other Californians, requiring them to declare, record, and publish on the Assembly LRO.

They further propose that, once appointed by the Federation, they cannot be removed for cause by the Federation.
