The California Assembly members and officers that are being witch-hunted are fully in compliance.

They AREon the public records of the bank and WERE on the public records of the LRS. They have no obligation to grant any Assembly LRO a monopoly on who is "in" and who is "out".

They have established their standing in these matters and if they jotted their claim down on a napkin and posted it on a cafe bulletin board, they would still be fully in compliance. I have had prisoners in penitentiaries post their "express will" in lavatories and had their political status choice upheld. Okay?

For some reason people are thinking that they have to be on a "searchable public database" and that is not correct.

We didn't have "searchable public databases" when this government got organized over two hundred years ago.

So, you can all take your complaints and save them up for when the Continental Congress is in Session and all the State Delegations are educated.

Until then, if you can't say something nice, say nothing. If you can't contribute to the actual work, butt out.
