3A Repairs

At the instant of returning home, I was asked if it was ok, and the day, with someone coming to fix the walls and roof of my bathroom this weekend, I answered yes and Saturday would be fine. Later at night I was texted that it wasn’t a sure thing that this individual would come on Saturday. July, 4. Under threats of using the NYPD & FDNY to potentially break my apt’s door and very possibly, arrest me, I had to allow repairs that caused great damages to my bathroom, I was promised those damages would be repair promptly, so far nothing. The first damage was caused on Sept 25, it was about repairing a leak at apt’s 3A bathroom, I asked the plumber, I have the plumber’s answer video recorded, that this repair could have been done without coming to my apartment. That leak started on Aug 12, from that moment until Sept 25, I was repeatedly bullied to force me to allow repairs for that apartment being carried out at my apartment. I opposed then, because I knew, the plumber simply confirmed what I knew, that this repair could have been carried out without my participation, also, that the damages caused to my premises would not be fixed, as it has happened. Therefore, at that time I asked them, The Executive Board, for a court order, only then I would allow them to come in, they didn’t do that, they simply send me a note telling me that the NYPD and FDNY would come and force me to allow this repair because it was an emergency. I knew, know, these gangsters are in control of every institution, hence, at that point I was sure that further resistance would be futile.
On May 8, while I was abroad I received an email from the same individuals, The Executive Board, that another repair had to be done, again, related to apartment’s 3A bathroom. I had to rush my trip back to New York, afraid about the amount of damages they could cause to my home without my presence supervising this new repairing, again, I was promised the damages would be promptly fixed, so far nothing. Furthermore, I asked the two plumbers that came on May 19, what was causing the leak, they said: “that they were using a snake at apartment’s 3A bathroom and that snake punctured this metal pipe”. This pipe looks strong to me, although old, but it can’t be older than 36 years, is thick, I kept the piece, to puncture this pipe you must drill it, isn’t easy to just puncture with a snake. I believe during my absence, the fifth column, these gangsters, didn’t have to worry about the noise they were making in order to break this pipe, so they used something that can puncture the pipe repeatedly. Again, I have nowhere to go abut this and many, many other situations because the so called authorities keep refusing to help me.
