Someone asked me, “What about underweight?”
Fair question. Yes, being underweight can cause health issues.
But that’s not the epidemic we’re in.
Most adults in the U.S. are overweight or obese and that’s what’s killing people slowly and setting up their kids to do the same.
If we don’t acknowledge the majority problem, we’re letting it continue.
This isn’t about shame, it’s about responsibility.
