Who Counts? Americans or Illegal Aliens?

The inclusion of illegal aliens in the Census is an outrageous betrayal of American sovereignty and democratic integrity. Counting non-citizens who have violated our laws distorts the very foundation of our Republic, undermining the principle that representation should reflect the will of U.S. citizens, not criminals who violate our nation's laws. This practice, implemented by the illegitimate Biden-Harris administration for the 2020 Census is not merely misguided—it’s a deliberate assault on fairness and the rule of law.

The Census determines congressional apportionment, electoral votes, and federal funding allocations. By inflating population counts with illegal aliens, states with non-existent immigration enforcement—like California and New York—gain disproportionate political power and resources, effectively rewarding lawlessness. This skews representation, diluting the votes of citizens in states that uphold immigration laws. It’s a perverse incentive for sanctuary policies, encouraging further illegal immigration and eroding trust in governance. Why should law-abiding Americans be penalized while those who flout our borders are handed influence?

Moreover, counting illegal aliens misrepresents community needs. Federal funds, meant for schools, hospitals, and infrastructure, are misallocated to areas swollen by transient, undocumented populations, leaving legal residents underserved. The Census Bureau’s own estimates suggest over 10 million illegal aliens could be counted, inflating figures by millions and skewing policy for a decade. This isn’t inclusion—it’s manipulation.

Opponents claim excluding illegal aliens is discriminatory, but this argument collapses under scrutiny. The Census exists to serve the nation’s citizens and legal residents, not to legitimize those who scoff at our nation's laws. Rewarding illegal aliens with political clout mocks justice and incentivizes further border chaos. We must demand a Census that reflects reality: only citizens and legal residents should count. Anything less is a surrender of our nation’s future to those who respect neither its laws nor its people. The next U.S. Census in 2020 must stand firm for America’s rightful inhabitants.
