This video shows a black and grey skull airbrush painting created from start to finish in a time-lapse format.

The skull is painted freehand in side profile using a combination of controlled airbrush strokes, freehand shields, and subtractive techniques to build form, texture, and highlights.
The piece is painted on 5” × 7” Strathmore 500 Series Bristol.

This is a music-driven time-lapse and does not include spoken instruction or step-by-step teaching.

Tools and materials used include:

Iwata CM-B Micron airbrush

Com-Art black and transparent colors

Freehand shields and texture stencils

Erasing and subtractive tools for highlights and texture
