Why You Shouldn't Compete in Bodybuilding: The Hard Truth

I'm pulling back on the weights and pulling back the curtain on why most people shouldn't compete in bodybuilding. After 15+ years in the gym, I'm keeping it real about the physical, mental, and financial toll of prep. We're talking $20K a year, zero flexibility for 20+ weeks, and why I'm questioning whether I'll compete again. Currently sitting at 250 pounds but not big enough yet - still need to grow more. If you're thinking about competing, you better make sure you can physically, mentally, and financially afford it because it's rare to find someone who can do all three.
