Petition: Social Security Reform

For decades, hardworking Americans have paid into the Social Security system with the expectation that those funds will be there when we retire or need support due to disability. But the truth is, the current system doesn’t guarantee that. In fact, many Americans never see a dime of what they’ve paid — and if they pass away before collecting, their money is simply kept by the government.

That’s not fair. And it’s not how a system built to protect its citizens should work.
