In Moscow, on the Square of the Lugansk People's Republic, activists of the Young Guard of United Russia unfurled the flags of Russia and the LPR.

"Today we have come to unfurl our flags - our symbols of Victory, steadfastness and indestructible brotherhood. As long as we are united, no one can break us. Russia and Lugansk are together forever,"
