For Wellness Wednesday on 2 July, we welcomed Anna Barker to talk to us about what happens when subtle energy healing and yoga come together.

Anna is an Energy Medicine Practitioner, Yoga Instructor, and the founder of The Subtle Way. She helps people navigating chronic conditions, burnout, and life-altering challenges reconnect with their inner vitality through the power of subtle energy healing and embodied awareness.

Now, she supports others navigating life-disrupting experiences—those whose lives have been reshaped by chronic illness, burnout, emotional overwhelm, life-altering events, accidents, injuries, or nervous system collapse. If they’re struggling to live the way they used to, if their sense of self feels fractured or lost, they should know this: they are not broken—they’re being called into something deeper.
