The Tragic Story of Haydon & Haydon IV Robotech

In the Robotech universe, Haydon is a mysterious, powerful being, the creator of the artificial planet Haydon IV and the mechanical Haydonite race. Haydon's overarching goal was to seed the galaxy with the Flower of Life, a process that involved profound changes to various races within the Local Group, including the Tirolians and the Invid. He eventually entered hibernation on Haydon IV, merging his physical form with the planet's AI, the Awareness, to be awakened when a race achieved transcendence.
