🍤 Fresh prawns marinated and simmered in a blend of garlic, curry powder, and creamy coconut milk — perfect with rice or roti.

🌶️ Ingredients:

500g prawns (cleaned)

1 onion, sliced

Garlic, ginger paste

Curry leaves, pandan leaf

Chili powder, turmeric, roasted curry powder

Salt, pepper, coconut milk

Mustard seeds, cinnamon stick
