Texas Flooding - Weather Warfare or Normal?

Once again, we see strange behavior of a tragic weather event. Weather researcher @In2ThinAir on X pointed out the storm bizarrely appeared to stall over the Texas Hill Country for 18 hours, prompting the flooding that has so far left 24 dead – with more fatalities expected, while some 25 people are still missing as of Saturday morning.
