175lbs Rear Delt Flys (Lite) 💪

This here is a great alternative to dumbell rear flys and face pulls for working your rear delts, one of the "Bros" most neglected body parts.

It was the FIRST set, TOP set for my Lite @ 175lbs.

And, as per usual with my method of training, I summoned a fellow gym goer to spot me after I could not lift any more full reps myself with the goal of total failure. 💪
