The Wicked Lady - Whipping Up A Storm

I’m not going to make any excuses. It’s not even a guilty pleasure, because I’m way beyond feeling guilty. I return to it now and then when I feel in need of cheering up. It’s also a reminder of why I miss directors like Michael Winner and Sam Peckinpah and Don Siegel and Sam Fuller and John Frankenheimer, etc. They were real people, flaws and all. And they made some films I wanted to see.
