Star Trek Online: Trolling the Borg

Having a carrier ship can have huge advantages. Keep in mind this is by no means the perfect method for completing the Conduit mission. It's just what works for me.

2013 EDIT: STO has went through A LOT of changes over the past thirteen years. New ships, factions, powers, and even how the Borg behaves.

I have no idea if the Cube still does this at the end of Infected: The Conduit, because now, the playerbase has become so overpowered that the Cube pops in less than a minute. This particular PvE has now become the gold standard in testing loadouts and experimenting with DPS. Paired with the new Endeavour system that makes endgame players stronger and stronger, it's safe to say that the Borg are no longer as scary an opponent, no matter how much the story campaign makes them out to be.
